well i hope you all have stuff figured out for the phone call. only this week and next.
Thats good that everyone is doing well. Yes the weather is getting colder. Its bright and sunny and ha i have a neck warmer, the huge black jacket, long sleeves, beanie gloves. Then sometimes a scarf and my sweater on. Ive nevee been cold like this.
Well last week i had to use my birthday money, but not on food. I almost got hit by an old lady ON A BICYCLE! they shouldnt be aloud to drive or ride bikes. I was starting to pass her after my comp, and i cant see in front of my comp. and as im passing the old lady swerves , so i try getting out of the way (the only way i can go), right into about a 2 foot high curb (without rounded edges). Well that put about 3 holes in my tire and bent my rim, so the money fixed my bike ha. Old People. they need special buses or to walk ha.
Well then thursday last week, we got invited to help with a funeral. Well the style here is weird, and i hope it was a once in a lifetime experience. They burned the body, then we had to wait for it to finish, then (this is the worst part) USED CHOPSTICKS TO PUT THE BONES IN A BOX... what the FREAK!
Well pretty much only the church members celebrate any holidays, that we do in america. There are some houses with lights, but thats about it. But next week, we have like 3 parties to go to. Birthday party, then the next day ward christmas party, then the next day missonary party, then the next i get to talk with you and then that night elders from my zone are going to go to different cities and do some caroling. So it will be great next week
Well we are pretty much back to 0 on investigators and people. so not much is happening.
Ill keep you updated. Oh and our transfer calls come on the 2nd of january so on the 5th maybe i could be in a different area.
Love you and hope all is well
MERRY CHRISTmas
